Premium Navy Blue and Gold Branding and Web Design for Law Firm – Fair Practice

Company Description: Fair Practice is a South African based dispute resolutions organisation offering bespoke services including mediation and negotiation. They also offer training in Mediation, Negotiation and Mediation Advocacy to enhance conflict management skills. Advocate Veerash Srikison is the founder and a collaborative lawyer and mediator by profession.

Design Brief: Veerash started her company in 2013, when we met in 2020 she felt her brand required a refresh. The company had grown, their services had expanded and the site no longer reflected this. She wanted to create a professional brand that gave visitors the information they needed while also providing a helpful source of information through their collection of articles, blogs and media interviews. She wanted a premium look and feel, whilst still being approachable.

Outcome: Through a mini brand discovery, we gave the Fair Practice logo a facelift and further extended the visual identity by creating various icons, brand elements and a new colour palette. With the new brand kit in place, we could create a cohesive feel throughout their collateral and do a complete revamp of their website, with a focus on representing the company’s mission, and ensuring that Veerash’s personality and energy were captured, creating consistency between her online and offline presence.

“Lisa’s patience, guidance and expertise make her the best person to turn anyone’s vision into reality. She has the knowledge and skillset to create unique branding for each of her clients. Lisa works within timelines and goals while ensuring that she keeps to the brief of the project. Everything she does for you will leave you excited to see the final product!”
