Company Description: Soul Safaris was launched by Anje de Klerk to honour women, who have a deep desire for soulful and deeply engaging travel experiences in Africa. Their itineraries are very carefully crafted to showcase particularly beautiful and ecologically significant parts of South Africa. They specifically serve women who are searching for a fun, relaxing, safe and exciting escape.
Design Brief: Anje already had a logo and website in place but wanted to revamp her website in order to appeal to the international market she targets. She wanted the rebrand to reflect her authenticity and the bespoke rustic-luxe safari trips she offers to her clients. Her love for proteas, travel and the personal touch she adds to her trips had to be at the core of the brand.

Outcome: By extending the visual brand identity, we added an alternate logo, vintage stamp-like submarks, and brand elements inspired by postcards, stamps and passport stamps. A rich nature-inspired colour palette with a luxury feel was put together to communicate the brand’s essence and give it a rustic-luxe feel. With all the elements in place, a new website was brought to life, encompassing all the newly developed designs, giving African Soul Safaris a spot on the global stage as a bespoke female African soul safari provider.
